All our items are custom made and they are usually in stock, ready to be dispatched;

If the item is in stock, will be dispatched in 24 hours. If the item is not in stock, it usually takes 2-3 business days to dispatch it but we will always let you about any changes to your order.

We are using DPD or UPS to post our items and they are always safely packed and insured.
We do ship internationally but we are not responsible for customs fees. We will always try to communicate with the customer and ensure that they get the parcel as quick and safe as possible. It's the customer's duty to complete any documentation requested by their country's customs and we cannot do or change anything about this. We are legally obligated to inform the customs what product we are shipping along with the manufacturer details, the product details as well as the value of it. If the customer is refusing the parcel or not completing the import documents on time the parcel will be returned to us on customer's expenses. We are not liable for any delays once the parcel has been departed our location or is in transit to the destination.
